working environment for small to medium sized businesses. The
building is pre-wired with eCAT5 cable and which terminates into wiring closets with a patch panel that the
Tenant controls. Tenant also has complete control over the
HVAC system (both heat and cold air).
All windows are tinted and have custom window treatments to control
the amount of light pouring into the space. High speed internet access
and cable television are available in
the building. All leases in The
350 Building are
full-service and include all utilities, janitorial service 3 days
per week, all maintenance, taxes, insurance, and use of the building
conference room.
