  1. Hours of Operation:  The WTS Fitness Center is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. every day, including holidays and weekends.

  2. No smoking!

  3. No profanity!

  4. Absolutely no food or drinks permitted (water is the only exception).

  5. Cleanliness:  Members are required to clean up after themselves in the exercise area, the locker room, and the shower. This includes putting dirty towels into the soiled linen bins and picking up their cups and/or trash. Also, when you are finished using a machine or a bench, please wipe it down with the towels and solution that have been provided.

  6. Age: No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the Fitness Center, either accompanied by an adult member or otherwise.

  7. TV's:  Televisions are provided for your viewing. You are welcome to adjust the volume and change the channels, but please leave the remote controls where you found them.  Also, please be mindful of the other people in the building and don't turn up the volume on the TV's too loud.

  8. Use of Facilities:  Lockers are provided solely for the use of members during their workouts. Members are responsible for all articles of personal property. Members may use appropriate locks while using the facilities, but must remove same at end of their workout. All personal items and locks are to be removed daily. Management is not responsible for any belongings, including locks, which are left in the facilities. Long-term locker rental arrangements may be made with management.  Please call or stop by for details.

  9. Attire:  Appropriate athletic clothing is required. Men:  gym shorts or pants, shirts, and gym shoes.  Women: leotard or gym shorts or pants, shirts or sports bras, and gym shoes. Do not work out without a shirt on.

  10. License and Termination:  Members are being granted the right to use these facilities at their own risk. By posting of these rules and regulations, users acknowledge and agree to release the WTS Fitness Center and its agents and employees from all demands, claims, suits and actions whatsoever arising in any way out of or by reason the users use these facilities. The user agrees to hold the WTS Fitness Center and its agents and employees harmless from any damages or claims that may arise from the use of these facilities.

Management reserves the right to deny access to anyone violating the rules and regulations.
